SQA:
JOB SUMMARY:
We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented SQA fresh graduate with the potential to transition into a full-time role based on performance. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are eager to build a career in software quality assurance. You will gain hands-on experience by working closely with QA and development teams, contributing to real projects, and learning industry best practices in testing and quality processes.
Core Testing Duties
  •  Design, develop, and execute comprehensive manual test cases for web and mobile applications, covering functional, regression, smoke, and usability scenarios.
  •  Identify, document, and track bugs using QA and project management tools such as Jira, with well-structured reproduction steps and severity classification.
  •  Verify bug fixes, retest updated features, and validate builds against acceptance criteria before deployment.
  • Conduct post-deployment validation checks and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sessions with business stakeholders.
Collaboration & Documentation
  • Work alongside developers and product owners to understand requirements and surface quality risks early in the development cycle.
  •  Prepare and maintain QA documentation, including test plans, test checklists, test summary reports, and traceability matrices.
  •  Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, standups, retrospectives) and contribute to QA process improvements over time.
Experience
  • Experience: Fresh graduate or final-year student; prior internship or project experience in software testing/QA is a plus.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Fresh graduate or final-year student in Computer Science or a related field
  • Basic understanding of SDLC, STLC (Software Testing Life Cycle), and QA fundamentals
  • Familiarity with manual testing concepts; API/automation basics are a plus
  • Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
  • Good communication and documentation skills
  • Basic understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology
  • Willingness to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment
