Job Overview
We are looking for a Techno-Functional ERP Manager to lead the implementation, management, and optimization of our ERP system at Manafa Pakistan, while closely coordinating with our Saudi office. This role requires a strong blend of technical expertise and functional understanding, particularly within the financial sector.
The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth ERP operations, resolving system issues, and managing administrative and functional aspects of the system.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end ERP implementation in the Pakistan office in alignment with KSA stakeholders
Act as the primary point of contact between technical teams and business users
Manage ERP system configuration, customization, and deployment
Troubleshoot and resolve ERP-related technical and functional issues
Oversee day-to-day ERP administration, including user access, roles, and system performance
Collaborate with Finance and Operations teams to ensure accurate system workflows and reporting
Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance, especially in financial processes
Coordinate with cross-functional teams across Pakistan and Saudi Arabia for system enhancements
Conduct user training sessions and provide ongoing support to internal stakeholders
Prepare documentation including SOPs, user manuals, and process flows
Continuously identify opportunities to improve ERP efficiency and utilization
Required Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field
5–7 years of experience in ERP implementation and management
Strong technical background with hands-on ERP system experience (e.g., Odoo, SAP, Oracle, or similar)
Prior experience in the financial services or fintech sector is highly preferred
Solid understanding of finance modules (GL, AP/AR, reporting, etc.)
Ability to handle both technical troubleshooting and functional requirements
Experience in system integrations, data migration, and process automation
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work in a cross-regional environment (Pakistan & KSA coordination)
Preferred Skills
Experience working in fintech or lending platforms
Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements in financial systems
Prior experience managing ERP upgrades or multi-location implementations
