Job Title: DevOps Engineer

Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and skilled DevOps Engineer with 5+ years of experience web3 Blockchain to join our growing team. In this role, you will be instrumental in building, maintaining, and optimizing our cloud infrastructure on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI). You will work closely with development teams to automate and streamline our operations and processes, building and maintaining tools for deployment, monitoring, and operations. The ideal candidate is passionate about automation, reliability, and security in a cloud-native environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cloud Infrastructure Management:
  • Manage, optimize, and support our OCI environment, including compute, storage, networking, and Identity and Access Management (IAM).
  • Ensure the security, reliability, and cost-efficiency of all cloud resources.
• CI/CD Pipeline Development:
  • Build, maintain, and enhance robust CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar.
  • Collaborate with developers to streamline build, test, and deployment workflows.
• Integrate and support Web3 data services
  • (e.g., blockchain data indexers, on-chain event listeners, RPC endpoints) that feed into marketing dashboards or campaign logic
• Ensure reliability
  • Uptime during high-traffic events such as NFT mint launches, IDO/ICO events, community DAO activations, and major influencer drives with robust monitoring and alerting
• Apply security best practices for infrastructure and secrets, especially where handling API keys, client tokens, webhook integrations, and Web3-related components
• • Collaborate with Growth, Community, and Technical teams to deploy, scale, and monitor client campaign infrastructure aligned with growth goals and release timelinesInfrastructure as Code (IaC):
  • Automate infrastructure provisioning and management using Terraform, Ansible, or OCI Resource Manager.
• Containerization & Orchestration:
  • Support and manage containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes, specifically Oracle Kubernetes Engine (OKE).
• Monitoring & Observability:
  • Implement and manage comprehensive monitoring, logging, and alerting systems for cloud services and applications using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, and OCI Monitoring.
  • Proactively identify and resolve system issues.
• Collaboration & Support:
  • Work collaboratively within the DevOps team and across development teams to foster a culture of automation and continuous improvement.
  • Provide operational support and troubleshooting for development and production environments.

Skills and Qualifications:

• 5+ years of professional experience in a DevOps, SRE, or cloud engineering role.
• Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) core services and solid Linux administration skills.
• Hands-on experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins, GitLab, or similar tools.
• Proven ability to build and maintain CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Jenkins) for frequent, reliable releases
• • Advanced Linux, networking, monitoring, and incident-response experience using tools like CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, or ELK
• Hands-on experience supporting Web3 infrastructure, including RPC providers (e.g., Alchemy, Infura), on-chain data services, blockchain analytics, or smart contractintegrated systems
• Proven experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform or Ansible.
• Familiarity with containerisation (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes, preferably OKE).
• Proficiency in scripting with Bash or Python for automation and troubleshooting.
• Good grasp of monitoring and observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or OCI Monitoring.
• Understanding of cloud networking concepts (VCN, subnets, security lists, etc.).
• Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

• Relevant OCI or other cloud certifications (e.g., OCI Certified Associate/Professional).
• Experience with additional scripting or programming languages.
• Experience operating automation bots and webhook-based systems for platforms like Discord, Twitter/X, or Telegram
• Background working in a startup or agency environment with high-traffic launches and tight timelines
