Job Overview:
We are looking for a delivery-focused Project Manager, a proactive professional who can balance planning with execution, ensuring that projects are delivered on time. Who will coordinate with diverse teams, align business goals with delivery milestones, and adapt quickly to changing priorities. Should be able to collaborate, communicate clearly, and maintain focus under pressure will be key to delivering quality results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with product/business analyst.
  • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
  • Monitor progress and adjust plans as needed to meet objectives.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring transparency and timely communication.
  • Facilitate coordination between development, design, QA, and business teams.
  • Conduct regular status meetings and progress reviews.
  • Identify potential project risks and create mitigation strategies.
  • Resolve project issues promptly to minimize impact on delivery.
  • Ensure deliverables meet agreed quality standards.
  • Oversee UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and post-deployment validation.
  • Maintain comprehensive product documentation.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly project status reports for leadership.

Skills & Qualifications:
  • 2–3 years in project management, preferably in [IT / Software / Fintech / relevant industry].
  • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field PMP/CSM certification preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (JIRA, Confluence, Miro).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
